Job Title: Freelance Social Media Manager (Project-Based Work)

Job Summary:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with our company values. This role requires an understanding of social media trends, a respect for cultural sensitivities, an appreciation for our company's values, marketing skills and the ability to optimize performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social platforms.

Monitor, respond, and engage with followers and other brand stakeholders.

Analyze social media metrics to measure success and optimize performance.

Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.

Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, applications, and best practices in social media.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (3+ years preferred).

Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Preferred Skills:

Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
